Terms and Conditions
When signing up for training with JBPT, you agree to the following:
1. Owner participation is a must during each session, excluding Daycare Training and the Board and Train program. There is a higher chance of success when the owner participates. Owners also agree to continue necessary work after each session until the next scheduled session or when the behavior has been modified appropriately.
2. Safety is our top priority for all parties involved. In the unlikely event that the owner and/or dog become injured during a session, the owner agrees to not hold JBPT or its staff responsible. JBPT or its staff will not hold the owner responsible should the injury occur to the trainer.
3. The owner agrees that JBPT or its staff will not be held accountable for injuries or other legal ramifications sustained during or after training sessions.
4. Payment is required in full when signing up or after each session, prior to the trainer leaving the premises.
